Color Of the Year
Emerald green made a big splash in 2013 claiming color of the year. It is the color of elegance and can be fabulously paired with apple green, gold and royal blue to create a lush effect. How will you add emerald green in your world this fall?
BOLD AND NEUTRAL
Bold and neutral Turbulence Grey is the perfect selection to set the palette for insurmountable options for accents colors. How can you not love the classic paring with white. Sharp, crisp and soft but bold at the same time. Now imagine adding Blush, Soft Blue or School Bus Yellow. If you really want to be the trendiest in "the room" then pair with Samba, Koi or Vivacious. That should get your creative juices flowing. ;)

Naked Cake
The notion “less is more” can apply perfectly to wedding cakes. Since I’m not a major fan of frosting myself I have come to love the idea of the naked wedding cake that has shown up so much this year. We are seeing more of these frosted-less beauties. I have seen them drizzled with caramel or powdered with sugar; embellished with berries, succulents, flowers, herbs and creative cake toppers making it safe to say that there are plenty of ways to dress up a naked cake. They are quite classy and deliver a rustic chic feel.

Wet Wellies
Although some say rain on
your wedding day is good luck most people dread the thought of that unexpected
shower or having rain in the forecast. We think that it’s the perfect excuse to
add a fun, trendy element to your big day. I present four ways to rock wedding
rain boots.
Make them your something blue. Can be the perfect pop of color.
Add a matching umbrella. Rain may not be ideal but it does make for a great photo op.
Make them part of the bridal party fashion. Trust me you will not be sacrificing your style and you can give them to your bridesmaids as gifts.
Rain boots are just down right fun and come in so many colorful varieties. You could dress your bridal party in a rainbow of colors!!

Lady In Red
Blue Hue
A fashion divas delight: In fall the general rule of thumb is to opt for rich saturated color that is neither to dark nor to light. This potent color combination of princess blue, 2013's mykonos blue and gold intertwines to give this color combination a dazzling appeal.

2013 Fall color trend
Fall is almost here and if you haven't already picked your perfect palette here is a few trendy suggestions. These rich, intoxicating colors allow for maximum versatility. Experiment with one or more of these colors to create a unique color scheme.
To give you some additional inspiration and get you going here is what some of your favorite designers had to say about their color influences:
PANTONE-
BCBG- This season we're utilizing the Green hues, earth tones, Nudes and Pale Pinks popular in the '40s
Tracy Reese- I am influenced by nature. Color is timeless.
Tadashi Shoji- Jewel tones have influenced me as a designer and are almost always incorporated in my collections. They are a classic way to integrate color into your personal wardrobe.
Rachel Roy- Deeper aristocratic colors of the 17th and 18th centuries are inspiring and informs the sense of balance and juxtaposition that I use in my collections.
Nanette Lepore- Throughout my childhood I was surrounded by my father's paintings. The colors of his artwork are an intrinsic part of me and naturally inform my decisions about the color palettes for my collection.
Kenneth Cole- Black.
